Cancellation Policy

If you will be unable to attend your scheduled appointment for any reason, we require a minimum notice of one (1) full business day. If your appointment follows a weekend or holiday, please notify us one (1) full business day prior to the weekend or holiday.

In the event that you must reschedule or cancel with notice less than one (1) business day, you will be responsible for the full cost of that time slot.

Please be advised: while it is our part of our product and service guarantee policy to offer custom orthotics fittings and pedorthic follow-up appointments at no additional, fittings and follow-ups rescheduled or cancelled within less than one (1) business day of your appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee for the cost of the 30 minute booking.
